Proposal to revoke the name Rhatigan Street and rename Drover’s Way
Notice is given that the Shire of Halls Creek in accordance with the Land Administration Act 1997 and by resolution 2021/085 carried in the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 22 July 2021, is seeking public comment on the proposal to revoke the name Rhatigan Street, for the road between Duncan Road and Bridge Street, Halls Creek Town Site
It is proposed that the road be re-named “Drover’s Way”.
Submissions on this proposal are invited and will be received by the Shire until 4.00pm on Friday 13 August 2021. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Halls Creek, PO Box 21, Halls Creek or emailed to hcshire@hcshire.wa.gov.au.
