Cert III Civil Construction - Update

The Shire is wrapping up road construction works for the year until the re-opening of the roads after the wet season. It is the Shire’s intention to advertise and confirm ten individuals to partake in the Cert III Civil Construction traineeship program commencing beginning of May. The Shire has undertaken some outreach and have a list of interested participants who will be formally vetted and considered for engagement in the program. The course will run for 16 weeks, and the Shire is committed to supporting the trainees into full time work at the completion of the program either within the Shire or outside the Shire. More information will be confirmed at the beginning of 2022.
